Calculating resistance (resistance is measured in ohms):

In parallel:

1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3 ...etc. = 1/Rtotal

In series:

R1 + R2 +R3 +...etc. = Rtotal

You try to make it work and see for yourself.

not unless they're Dual Voice Coil speakers...

If they're SVC, your options are 2ohms and 8 ohms...

if they're DVC your options are 1 ohm, 4 ohms and 16 ohms
