b/c personally i'm stating my experience with the D3 and D2 that's why. i've had 3 D2's break on me and my buddy's within 1 hour of installing them and had 2 D3's mess up. that's why i'm not hating on your amp unless you have those 2 amps then yeah i am b/c personally i don't like them never will. yes they are a good amount of power but you can get better power than what the D3 puts out it just cost's more.
