Its not too hard to target the ones with enough money to actually pay the settlement once you have an address.

Seems like a smart tactic. WalMart is pretty indiscrimitate.

I've never used the marketplace to acquire content.

I will say that i am excited about the new zune software being released ina few weeks.

THe ability to sync over wifi is going to be great.

I cant wait to be able to leave the zune in its dock and sync.

Shit you could even leave the zune in your car and it would sync from the garage.

with podcasts this will be great.

No its actually because of the politicians that we vote in and the redefining of intellectual property rights that has gone on in the last decade or so.
