Internet Relay Chat. its like the last wild west frontier of the internet. Anything goes, and its probably the source of 90% of the shit on torrents in the first place. Most common interface is MIRC. The IRC is the backbone network for most p2p chats anyways, or at least its build on the infrastructure.

and yeah, if I had to buy jeezy cd's to get enough actual good songs to equal one full length audio CD it would take 28 mixtapes.
