ohm load

I have a kicker 300.4 and one of my back speakers blew and i unplugged it from my amp and i was wondering if i ran both of my tweeters into the one port of the amp the resistance it would produce and if it would be ok for my amp.

Also, does anybody know where i can find 2 electronic crossovers for small speakers (5.25") and tweeters (1") so i can combine them to the amp without reducing the ohm load.

thanks

alex

You absolutely must have some kind of crossover, even if it's just a simple capacitor, to use a tweeter. Low frequencies will blow them out.

If the tweeters are 4 ohms, 2 of them will be 2 ohms.

yea u always have to have croosovers on everything and it was smart to put bass blockers to keep from your tweeters getting too much power. My opinion is to run your sub and highs off dfferent amps so that u can adjust the bass and highs seperatley.
