ok the subs are single 4 ohm wut the ohm load when connected like this?

With both positive inputs on the subs being fed by the same positive amp output and then likewise for the negative sub inputs and amp output you've effectively wired them in parallel.

For a pair of SVC 4 Ohm subs this results in a final nominal load of 2 Ohms which generally isn't very compatible with a bridged amp output //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
