this is an Ohio Generator, 300 amp alternator. I just recently had it converted to a single wire unit and it had a new "super heavy duty" rectifier installed at the same time... only a few hundred miles on it since. Has the smallest pulley i could find, 1-7/8" I think...

how much?
Sorry, $350 shipped... that's about 1/2 what I have in it. The work was done by "Buesings Iowa Generator Co." they also tested it but I can;t remember the exact numbers. I want to say something like 120A~ at 700 engine rpm and it just over 300A (like 318 I think) max which was at like 1800~ engine RPM IIRC.... I know it maxed under 2K engine RPM because it didn't at first and since that is the rev limit at comps, I put a smaller pulley on so it would max out under 2K rpm.
