I figured Im fucked. How much jail time do you think I would be looking at? I completely stopped drinking and driving after my open container and first DUS. I recently attended the recommended alcohol classes in the half way house, but I guess Im not looking for the best results out of this outcome

I hope you get years. Knowingly breaking three laws at the same time and then two of those same laws again should count for something.

why would you go before the judge and plead not guilty at your first hearing thats not the smartest thing to do ... also never try and get the court the appoint an attorney you will not speak with them until your court date for like 5 mins before you go before the judge again unless your lucky or have connections .... not sure how the law is up there but i would expect limited jail time(6 weeks or less ) lots o fines community service maybe a interlock device on your care ...? in this case since you have a clean record ...

Dont worry bout it. Most CA.com members still live at their parents house and have to sneak their alcohol around.

You will learn soon enough, and the stupid laws will help you do that

This subject will hit close to home for anybody who has had a relative killed as a result of drinking and driving (two of my family members were killed by drunk drivers)
