Ive done a lot of drinkin and driving in my days. I used to be a CHP officer and i would slam a 24 of brew before pulling someone over and harrassing them.

Today i wouldnt touch a drop and drive, probably because i'm on probation, zero tolerance, and have my 5th amendment waived.

I figured Im fucked. How much jail time do you think I would be looking at? I completely stopped drinking and driving after my open container and first DUS. I recently attended the recommended alcohol classes in the half way house, but I guess Im not looking for the best results out of this outcome
