Yes, they were closing but he told us he was getting the shop and clients, rights to distribute and all that jazz. If that didn't work then he was just going to do home installs for them.

I'm just telling what I know. Getting that shop was just a plan not a for sure thing. Maybe he is still getting it. And If I am correct he still does have hook-ups for stinger. Or at least I hope that's how I got my sound deadening for so cheap.
