Oh The NOISE NOISE NOISE!!!!

Okay so before i ran the second set of rca's the same way I did with the others I ran it right from the back of the head unit and threw the back seat to the amp no noise. But as soon as I ran it from the back of the head unit down threw the bottom were the brake and accelerator pedals were and ran it from there over the back seats and to the amp there was noise. What should I do. Before I even tried to install this set I ran the whole line in expandable tubing for some extra protection. Also I went to the amp while it was playing and unplugged the rca's and no noise so I know its from the rca's any suggestion.
