While we have hospitals closing down from lack of payments, soldiers fighting in a war that should be paid double what they are currently getting...there are musicians and recording execs complaining they aren't recovering enough money as they drive their bentleys to their mansions.
The RIAA is the epitome of a gluttonous fat cat. America has its priorities backwards on who gets paid what.

Stealing music is stealing, trying a case for putting music on your hard drive is just money grubbing.

thats what I was getting at, next its going to be apple vs RIAA. Thats going to be a good one. Depending on how that one goes (if they win) it would be RIAA vs creative, vs DELL, vs microsoft etc.......

Now that I'd actually like to see! Battle of the rich in court, would bet money would win out on that one though. Its alot harder to fight microsoft than it is to fight average broke joe with some songs on his HD.
