if your printscreen come out like that then thats really wierd. cause a bad monitor or videocard wouldnt make printscreen be blurry to us.

Yeah, never thought of that. Maybe a faulty video card. Can you try another monitor just to make sure?

Check all your settings on the monitor.

shutdown, make sure your video card & monitor are plugged in securely, boot up.

Thats the first thing I thought of. Try rebooting the computer and see if that does anything.
