I have a 600 watt alpine amp hooked up to a acoutik mofo 12in sub...the amp shuts off randomly..please pm me to help me out tith my problem....thank you

ohm load coming from the woofer may be too low for the amps capability...that amp is probably half the power thats is advertised so if yo have the woofer wired down then that may be causing the on and off protect shifting

um im not a die hard car audio guy...so i dont understand what you said...can you dumb it down a bit?

doubt that sub comes in anything lower than D2 so it wouldnt be too low of an ohm load.
