oh no xxx 18" please help

So i just had my 18 reconed by a local shop just got it in and this is what happens if i play each coil speratley so just 1 at a time works good both sides but if i try hooking 2 up it sparks and shuts off......i made sure they werent backwards its just not working...i really wanna get this fixed please help///

check all the speaker wires, make sure they're not backwards, otherwise i'd take it back

its upto you to look at the sub and work out whats wrong...

Ya seem like a pretty ****ed up problem. lol, sparks flying=no good fyi haha

make sure the leads are clean too.

figured it out the dumass who sodered the wires make i little line that was touching the basket and that what it was thanks though for ev everyones imput..
