Oh boy

If you are pushing the sub in anywhere but the center of the sub then yes it is normal, you are pushing the sub down at an angle and the coil is rubbing. If you push down evenly on the center and you still hear scratching the sub is most likely blown

 
play the subs. why this happens is because ur rocking the cone and spider to one side making the former hit the pole very common.

why it happens in one spot more than another is because the coil is not perfectly centered if off a couple thousands it makes a difference but wont hurt a thing when playing....
