That's How I Roll
Today i started ripping evrything out of my truck. I had 2 visonik 15" visonik subs powered by the visonik 900xd and hit 146.5 on a term lab mic. The new plan is for 4 alpine type r 15's in a wall, seperate chamber running off of 2 visonik 900xd's and type r 6.5's comp, my h/u is going to be an alpine dva-9860 and i'm looking for a four channel amp possibly alpine.Right now sound deadning the entire truck, Also working on fiberglassing my 10" screen to my dash. Alot of work ahead of me will post pics when i work on it. now plan on glassing the center console i built.

thanks hoss, wensday, i'll be finishing sound deadning adding 100^2 ft, i'll be doing the roof and finishing the floor as well as ripping the dashboard out to glass it ( i'm sure i'll be needing help figuring that part out) will post more pic's later

i cant wait to see this man, im putting a wall in my 97, i had a 92 just like urs before it died //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

edit: u building it behind the rear seats or up to the fronts? im ditching my rears:naughty:

also im subscribing to this thread haha

The wall will be behind the back seats. I'll have the two on most of the time and the other two for when i want to get loud. They both will be on switches and looking to be running 1 red top for the starter and 2-3 yellow tops in the back, It's going to be a long build, getting all of the grunt work done now and will finish it off probably in december (trying to get college credit for interim semester at my school)

holy shiznit woc it almost looks like there was a 10in tv fiberglassed into the dash...lol **** man, I didn't relize you riped everything out, hey I talked the wifey into a IVA-W200 for the denali, guess what I get... the D-300 lol I'm gonna order the R's this week sa-weeeeeeet, yes all of them.

I had a few systems in a few of my explorers. I tried a million different things, and they all hit in the explorers. My favorite was an aluminum 12" sub in a very special tuned box I built when I owned car audio stores back in the day (circa 2000). We ran a Circuit City sponsored DB drag event and pulled 138 with that little 12". Not bad for a dropped in box.

Can't wait to see what you end up with //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if you arent gonna put the wall at the B-pillar dont build it. you will be louder building a box and putting it in the back than walling your explorer off at the C-Pillar.

Where in Orlando are you?

i agree it'll be louder at the b pillar, but i'm not going to lose my back seats. I have plenty of air space to make it work. The two 15's on top will be on all the time and the 2 at the bottem only few occasions and thats when i'll fold my back seats down. I'm in Ocoee just outside of orlando where you at
