I would much rather have somebody fight me when I'm offline. That way (if I lose) I don't have to wait 20 minutes before I can do anything.

Yes, the correct way to do it is to attack people when they are offline. If you attack them online, they get mad because they may have to spend 20 min in the IW while they are logged on.

I couldn't remember so I spied him again. Didn't get the defense this time, but last time, if I remember right, it was in the 3k range. And I'm not going to keep spending 20k to find out.
