Why don't you get a tally of everyone who has donated and have a list and lets see if anyone actually gets a refund which he is really pushing.

Oh, I am sure he has a very detailed ledger of all that. Don't you remember -- he was always going to pay everyone back.

How could he have done that if he did not keep accurate records?

So what exactly did this guy get for free... afaik it was a little bit of money and some wire and maybe other small install acessories, but I doubt he came out with hundreds of dollars on top... maybe he did, but it doesn't seem anyone really donated anything, they are just mad about the stiuation. But i don't know what he got.

So can you show me where I ever deffended him????? You are an idiot. All I'm arguing about is the legality of the situation, not wether it was wrong or not. I agree that he is a POS, but I just don't believe he would be found guilty of fraud in court. Not saying he wasn't dishonest for the 5th time, just so you might get it and stop saying I'm trying to defend this guy.

Well I doubt it can really be classified as illegal since he is willing to give it back. And why do we need 15 threads to harrass him????? What's the point. If you want to tell him something or want your stuff back PM that's all I'm saying.

According to him it was over $100 worth of stuff. That is misdemeanor fraud.

I'm not certain. I'm just saying I DO NOT BELIEVE he would be found guilty in a court case. Sure you could get him arrested and sent to court, but if he isn't found guilty then obviously there wasn't a crime.

He didn't steal from anyone... they all gave to him, so if a bank gave you money because they felt sympathy for you and you gave it back, no it's not illegal.
