Malkin and Crysby are all the rage in that series. Score some pretty goals and all, but Wings have this guy... whats his name... oh I forget (jk), but may as well be Mr Norris (not chuck) that will play each and every shift they are on the ice. Forcing the Pens to come up with some secondary scoring like NAOW! But Wings have to get past Chicago first, and its not a done deal yet. Bettman would have a major orgasm if Chi and Pitts made it to the finals, and the way the refs called the last game against the wings, he is trying! I don't think they want any particular team to win, they just want to extend the series as long as possible. It just so happens that the wings are always up in the series so the calls go against them.

The wings defense > any of the pen's opposition combined. There is no defense in the east compared to the west.

Jump off the bandwagon? Im driving that bish! Ill give credit when credit is due. Until then. Im a Detroit fan period. Crosby is nothing but a whiner, and also happens to be the NHL's poster boy. EVERYONE rides his nuts even last year when they LOST in the stanley cup finals (who won that again???) the media was still Crosby this, Crosby that. What did he do in the Finals? Oh yah he got SHUT DOWN. And since no one told Malkin the season was still going, he did NOTHING in the finals either.

Those who win the cup dont deserve it. They EARN it! We will see who earns it this year. And if Chicago beats Detroit in the Conf. Finals, then they are my team. I'll never be a fan of a player who was labeled "The next one"

I don't know what your problem with Crosby is this year, at least.

Last year, yeah, he was whining after getting hit, he was diving, he was playing like a b*tch and it came around to bite him in the *** in the SC finals.

This year, it looks like he learned his lesson. He's playing with a lot of grit and determination; when he gets hit, he doesn't get up with his arms in the air yelling at the ref because there was no call, he isn't diving when someone so much as gets a stick near his legs, etc. like last year.

As for the Kronwall hit, this pretty much shows that it was a 100% legal play and no interference, not even a 2 minute call, was made.

give pittsburgh credit? lol for what? only thing they get credit for is having the most cry baby fans in all of sports. this whole bullshit about them crying about Hossa not being loyal to them and being a traitor is ridiculous. how can you expect Hossa to dedicate himself to your worthless franchise after barely a quarter season on the roster. what makes him a traitor?

I was concerned when I heard Lidstrom wasnt playing THATS RARE! But Hossa woke up today, thats a great sign!

detroit is low scoring games usually, and the players who dont score much are usually the playmakers you dont hear about much

The reason you didn't see it on NBC is because NBC sucks balls at covering hockey.

If there's one benefit (and really the only benefit) to Canada spending millions of tax dollars keeping CBC afloat, it's the hockey coverage; best in the world.

The Hossa hate is bogus; you can't pick a guy up with 3 or less months left on his contract and get pissed off when he doesn't re-sign because Pittsburgh didn't have the best offer on the table.
