What is a sub fuse and why are they $140?

Edit:

not getting much on google. Just Amp fuses. And if he paid $140 I'd venture to say he got ripped. You can get a Mil Spec 200A circuit breaker for less than 50. IDK how much they are, but I can get em for about 25.
