Battery Neg. to Chassis

Chassis to engine

Use a 4 ga. cable wire or bigger.

It does not matter what color it is. Just go with the colors you want.

What should you do if the car has the battery hidden in the wheel well(Sebring, Corvette) and there are teminals in the engine compartment that everything is hooked to? Would it just be two more wires run to the battery?

just found out.. NEVER HEARD IT BEFORE, but just found out that you ARE NOT supposed to use 0Ga. on your Alt to Batt. connection -gus from Ohio Gen.-

ever opened that hinged thing in the front? if so, see that big thing that takes up most of the space in there? well thats the engine. the block would be whats under all of the accy's and wires/hoses. anything metal that is attached to the block will also serve the same purpose (electrically) as the block.
