I only mention the landing part because he could very well lift off of the treadmill pull away and immediately slam into the ground off a side.
That to me doesn't = flight.

If that happens then we will let that fall into the null and void catagory. If he crashes then its null.

I bet X amount of money to your matched amount that the plane in the eipsode of Mythbusters will Take off on their test of the moving runway.

If the plane takes off and flys I win. (Busted)

If the plane is unable to take off then you win. (Confirmed)(This does not include Mythbusters failure to produce a working model.)

If the test fails in anyway, by mythbusters inability to create a working model, then neither party wins and neither party pays.

(With the exception of Flip, where in I would owe him money.)
