I got to admit, I didn't think Cleveland would be 17-3 right now. Shit is crazy!

Hell with our schedule, we could easily be 22-3 with the next 5 games. Hell our schedule is pretty favorable throughout December, but will be tougher next month.

Least we should have a good lead by then.

cleveland looks really good this year, regardless of who their schedule is. i'm not a cleveland fan, but i am a lebron fan. nuggets have been playing lights out since we picked up billups. if it wasn't for the lakers being so fvckin' good, i'd predict the nuggets getting to the finals, possibly against the cavs. i haven't seen the nuggets play this well.....ever. it's exciting, but the lakers look dominate. at least we won't have to play them in the first round.

We have struggled against really good teams in Detriot and Boston, although we could have won the Boston game, just was our 1st game of the year and we were nervous I think. And I am a LeBron fan as well, hell even if he wasn't on my team, I would be in awe. Kinda like I am with Dwayne Wade. Hell of a talent!

Nuggetts have been playing well this year, but like you said, I don't see them getting past the lakers, but they could make noise. I still like NO out of the west and wish Phoenix would do better, but they are in limbo this season and Nash isn't playing like he used too. Billups has helped you guys out IMO more so than Iverson. Seems the trade has been better thus far for you guys.

I still think it will be Boston and the Lakers again, but hoping the Cavs change that. Boston is just scary good!

I'm saying, over the last 5 games he's putting up 24pts/18rpg/6blks/2stls/2turnovers and 60% from the field...

Lol, yeah he is impressive!

Brons numbers are going down right now, because he has other people stepping up in Mo Willams and our bench is playing much better this year. Hell bron is only averaging 35 minutes a game, which is way under what he usually plays. I will take the numbers he is putting up now compared to his 30 pts a game 8rbds and 6 assists a game he usually does and take the win!

He is showing how much a team player he is now he is finally getting help. I feel we could really make some noise this year. I was skeptical at first, but starting to sink in that we really could do something this year.

we lost to the cavs, but we beat the celtics. the 3 games the nugs have lost (with billups) were against the cavs, the lakers, and the spurs (who the nuggets pounded a few days earlier). we played a bad 2nd game against the spurs, and lost, then beat the raptors by 30. the lakers looked almost unbeatable when the nugs played them. we're playing better every day though. with the next few days off, billups will get a chance to actually practice with the team. carmelo, all of the sudden, isn't taking stupid shots, and they actually play defense now. nene has turned in to a beast. the nuggets won't lose more than 25 games this year. too bad for them, that the lakers might not even lose 15. we'll have a better idea, on how much billups will actually improve this team, after all star break. we've always had talent, but never had leadership (which is where carmelo lacks).

lebron has done what kobe has done. kobe could score 60 points per game, and be a good team, but when kobe does what he is now, they are a great team.

I would like to see the Nuggets do well. They are a lot like the Cavs where we have good seasons, but never good enough. I still don't see the Nuggets winning more than 50 games, but that is just IMO. To hard a schedule and they are in the West, which is more competitive.

True, never thought about it like that, but Kobe has become less a ball hog and his numbers went down some, but they won. Kinda samething with Bron now. Like I said, I would rather have the win over his monster stats. We all know he could score a ton of pts per game.

Agreed. Lakers seem to be head and shoulders above the competition in the west but Boston still looks more dominant. Lakers can't finish a game worth shit though. Same thing happens nearly every game: they build a double digit fourth quarter lead and then give it all back in the fourth.

Yeah, you guys are good and I hope someone starts knocking on their door. I don't want to see them in there again. I don't so much mind Boston, but not an LAL fan anymore. Wayyyyy back in the day I liked them, but Kobe kills it for me.

Cavs may surprise a lot of people this year. Their wins are huge and usually 20 plus pt wins over the other team. Pretty impressive.

The east seems to be the better conference this year, quite unlike last year. I do agree that the Cavs can definitely surprise Boston, but it's hard to argue against Boston's defense.

As for Kobe, I haven't liked his game much until last year. Before that, he was just a ballhog and trusted no one on his team but himself. He's matured a lot last year and this year and is a lot more willing to defer to the rest of the team. Then again, the rest of the team also got a lot better and it doesn't hurt to have Gasol on the team.
