OEM HU just not cuttin it!

So I tried to get a decent system while leaving the OEM HU in the car, not good enough for me.

So I'm looking at a pioneer p4400bh HU, I will be getting the steering wheel control adapter, and the dash plate so it all looks good.

It says the HU is hands free calling bluetooth compatible, but do I need to buy some sort of adapter?

And I'm removing the OEM amp, so will I need the wire harness adapter? If I bought it I would just be using it for, 12v power, 12v acc, and ground?

Im looking for something with good SQ, if anyone can recommend another head unit that has,

at least 4v pre outs

aux input

bluetooth would be nice, but I'm not to picky and open to suggestions.
