OEM Amp help

My ride is an 03 Nissan Sentra SpecV, I want to bypass my oem amp, since I've installed my aftermarket deck, I get humming noises,pops , interference when I hit the brakes, blinkers, e-brake and then some. I think this would be the solution, I pulled the amp fuse (in engine bay) and I got no noise so my next step is to bypass amp? Is there a bypass kit? I now have the bigest headach in the world.
