OEM Amp help

My ride is an 03 Nissan Sentra SpecV, I want to bypass my oem amp, since I've installed my aftermarket deck, I get humming noises, interference when I hit the brakes, blinkers, e-brake and then some. I think this would be the solution, I pulled the amp fuse (in engine bay) and I got no noise so my next step is to bypass amp? let me know

wire will be blue/white in the wiring harness.

The wiring harness as in where I plug my deck to? because I was going to manually "hard wire" input amp harness to output amp harness
