Odd Whine?

Just installed some equiptment into the chickas car(no pictures, sorry *****es) and when you turn the ignition to the on position, the car now makes kind of a whiny noise.

WTF?

Also - I was about to piss myself. Pass window wouldnt let down and the driver/passenger window controls were both blinking. Thank GOD I just found out that's from Toyota doing that bullshit anytime you pull the negative terminal off.

Suggestions as to what it may be? I'm kinda ill. Spent all day and got the car looking decent on the install - go to install the **** LOC and for SOME GOD UNFORSAKEN REASON I have no output. Still. As of this moment.

Amp powers.

Ground is decent, although it could be better. Bare metal.

Power is fine.

Remote is fine.

Amp as well as inline fusing is fine.

Any clue on that, while we're at it? Assuming defective fusing or I'm just a jackass, one of the two.

My main concern is that whine, I want to know what the hell it is and what could possibly cause it.

is it alternator whine? does the sound change with the engine RPM?

and yes, you have the re-program the windows any time you lose power. i have had my door panels off about a dozen times and have had to reset them each time.

You guys missed me, or misinterpreted or I failed to elaborate enough.

I'm using a Line Out Converter.

Even without the RCAs plugged in, although their role is insignificant, she says that she didnt have this whine before I installed shit.

Without the vehicle being started, with it simply turned to the on position, the vehicle has some kind of a whine to it?

i put a LOC on my front RCA's on my Pioneer in my truck today...it cleared up the whine I had //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif maybe you have a faulty LOC

I'm hopin that's all it is. however, me and the TC did not get along. I'm going to be a ***** and let someone install the LOC - let them deal with that headache...

I still havn't gotten her rear panels to go on correctly haha. **** Toyotas.
