I can have health insurance, as basic as it is, for the first time in my adult life. I work almost 60 hours a week to support my wife (who cannot work), my child, and be able to live a meager but happily lived life. My quality of life has improved and although most of that is due to my own hard work, it might not had we continued the republican "leadership" we were under before.
