Is there a limit on how many you can take? I could be wrong, but in MI, you need a license for each one?? I dont hunt so I do not know.

The limit in TN is 3 deer per day. And I'm not sure about how many bucks you can take in a season.

The license- you just have to have a license to be able to hunt all season. I have a sportsman's license (which is lifetime) and I can hunt/fish with just this license.

There's a guy at where I hunt (it's private property) and he shot 4 in one afternoon.

I still haven't had a chance to sit in a stand yet, it has been too warm and i don't feel like sitting in 90 degree weather, though this week the temperature has dropped into the 50's and 60's.

Maybe sunday....

A hunting license here entitles you to 3 does and 3 bucks, with an additional 2 does taken with archery equipment (so 5 does in all).

bucks must have 4 points. On the state managed Wildlife Management Areas bucks must have a 12" inside spread or 15" main beam. I wish they would make this statewide, but that will never happen.

Yeah, it is easy to get burned out if you go gung ho a lot early in bow season. I have been fortunate to catch them moving early in the mornings and late in the evenings with this heat.
