Novice needs guidance!

Please do and take Kuthe with you. It is amazing you received any help at all after your little tirade. You come in here and ask how to connect speaker wire but claim you have done all of your research and couldn't find how to do this? Time to get off the internet man.
they get a long soo well. When it comes to bare bones basics kuthe will do all he can to help and parade himself as a fountain of knowledge. When it comes to advanced stuff he will talk sh*t on anyone that tries to even remotely help him and ask the darnest things.

I appreciate the links. And zero comments to angryness happens when I come across condescending retards. When I dela with helpful respectful people They are treated with the respect they deserve. If they want to be ***** then there treated like that. Behavoir breeds beahvoir
I hear that!! :)

John Kuthe...

At least learn to spell.

That vid was the top of the youtube search if you looked up youtube like i told you, this all would have been over a long time ago but you decided to be an overly sensitive snowflake throwing temper tantrums because you didnt get spoonfed. Well there you go a big ol spoon for the whiny lil ***** baby that you are.
Im pretty sure this is John Kuthe letting his not so "proper" side out. No evidence, just the actions haha.

**** you **** and your ****ing **** ****. ***** **!

But seriously…

1) Yes, I would suggest crimping the connecter first, then solder the crimped connection, then heat-shrink over it….I personally DO NOT solder directly to the speaker leads because it makes it a ***** to remove the speaker if needed and sometimes (if done incorrectly) the heat can damage the speaker voiding any warranty.

2) Yes, just strip the wire to the required length and secure it into the terminals…try to be as exact as you can with this step (and other wire connections to the amp) stray/frayed wires can touch each other especially with todays small footprint amps where the connections are very close together.

3) The # of RCA's will be determined by the # of outputs from your source unit or DSP…if you head unit has front/rear/sub…and your amp will take 3 sets of inputs…then you're all set. Most multi-channel amps will allow for a single set of RCA's up to 3 sets to be used as input signal.

Many thanks to all that helped me.

Unfortunately there's a whole lot of people on here offering no help and just being *****. John Kuthe is one of a few that offered anything in the way of help. So the way I see it-is hes far more helpful than most. I asked nicely in the beginning.I have even found out why I couldn't find the answers to my questions initially on Youtube. It was because I didn't know some of the terminology and was searching for the wrong things. We can't all be born knowing everything. If I was on a programming forum and some novice asked me how to write a string output of 'Hello' ten times. I could do one of two things. I could show them and help them. Or I could be a **** and be patronising. What would I choose? I would help. If they came to me every time without researching then I would suggest a good book and to research. But in the first instance I would help.I would not stoop down to the level of some tards on here.

Once again thanks to the folk that helped and to the others-stop being *****

Thanks man. My head unit has two sets of rca output. a right left front output and a right left rear/subwoofer. However my 5 channel has 3 sets of rca inputs is this ok?
