I just bought two Memphis M3's 12''. They are in a 3.5 cube box @37 Hz, and i am NOT happy with the sound, they are loud as hell and very clear but its too much, if i turn the gain down its like not having them at all. I am thinking of building another box 4.5 cubic ft @35hz, will this change the sound output for more SQ?

If not what are some suggestions before i give up and go back to my 10'' PR's

What do you mean if you turn the gain down it's like they're not there? Than just turn it down slightly, not all the way. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

if i turn it down even a little it is all the way down theres like 10 little dots on my gain adjustment and im on 2, 1 is pretty much off

im sure they are at 2 ohms they are dual 4's each sub has coils paralled then wired in series to amp

NVM thats 4 ohms isnt it?
