So i got my set of rainbow sl165 and cmx265 yesterday. The sl165's were perfect box was sealed and in perfect condition. However, the cmd265 box was in horrible condition corners kinda pushed in, seals broken, back of owners manual dirty, and the top of the crossovers were scuffed. I emailed the retailer(whom i wont say right now) and he told me the seal was broken because they need to check the tweeters before they ship them out... He says the scratches on the crossovers are normal when shipping and he also said its rainbows fault about the box that they cannot get thier shipping right. I think i got a used/returned speaker set what is your guys/girls two cents?

you were sold a used/sample set. Plain and simple. I'd go back to them and have them trade it for another set.

well, you're the one who has the set and knows the condition. An honest feedback is an honest feedback. Just be prepared to have pics of said condition to back it up.
