Noobish question.

Clearly a winner in a 1v1... but versus '2' SA's?

My money's on the SA's as far as overall performance.

It's a better sub all around. More motor, beefer parts, more excursion. My time with the SA, its strong in the 40hz range. They will play low, so will kicker. You had 4 10s, your overall displacement helped with you feel is low.
 
Well I'm currently running an xcon 15 in 4 cubes before port and stub displacement, so I have the room. Just don't like the fact that I have no trunk.

LOL - mine was a higher end model too - iirc deh-9300. Low mileage too, it was sitting around for year collecting dust.

One or two, they are still subwoofer outs and are mono summed signals from both left and right. Even the 2 RCA subwoofer pre-outs on the 2nd one...
