Noob question on speaker wire harness / adapter

I'm planning to drop an inexpensive pair of Infinity 6022si coaxes into my wife's Civic. I did a little research ahead of time and noticed they have a proprietary connector for the speakers with four wires coming out of it. I'm guessing the factory wired the tweeters in the sail panel wired in series with the woofers.

As I'm color blind (yeah, I picked the wrong hobby) I'm not sure which wires are needed to run the woofer in the correct phase so I thought I'd order an adapter unless there's an easier/better way. If I do order a pair are these the puppies I need?

I would say order the adapter's It would make your life easer lol and since there

is only one way to plug it in the speakers wont be out of phase
