for 400... you could do much better. keep looking around man. check out TC Sounds. they have some very nice quality woofers. also Fi Audio, the SSD 12" is like 189.00 shipped i belive. those get low and loud. build a box, approx. 40.00 for wood, and use the rest for an amp.
