non kicker square woofers

suprising they don't have the ribbed corners, that's the whole thing that makes them work with linear travel... of course, they can't have ribbed corners //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

The Hifonics Atlas are suppose to hold thier own while soundin better the the L5/7s. Try em out and lets know for sure...If I would have seen them before I bought my L5s I would have tried them
the Zues is a SVC, 350 RMS and 700 max, Brutus is DVC 600/1200 max, and the Atlas is 1200 max.

The L5 is 600/1200 max and L7 is 750/1500 max.(all 12" models)

so power handling goes to the L7.

the Atlas 12" has an 11 lb magnet, I know, means nadda, but for sake of comparisons, the L7 has a 18 lb magnet.

but would be interested in seeing how the linear movement is at full volume max power.

yeah ive heard good thinga abotu atlases too.. i think there was a thread back int eh day about them. i heard one pair in a show quality install and i was impressed.. but what i heard didnt involve a lot of bess it was KIND OF an sq setup.. ha

but to be honest if i was goin square id be goin kicker. hell id take anything kicker over hifonics.

L5s and 7s are awesome subs i think i sucks that kicker beign so mainstream gets them knocked.
