This is healthy eating, my house's version

So we have some fresh garden salad, combined with low sodium green beans, add some homemade mashed potatoes and roasted pork loin and in 1.5 hours...nomnomnom

oh i forgot about washing it down with some African Rooibos Red tea

sounds good....altho i would have to substitue the yellow for brown rice and i would pass on the beans

i make some pretty mean PP also...altho i like the bone-in pork shoulder for mine
