Fusilli with home made tomato sauce and chicken //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
If you guys want to make it, serves basically one, two if your not that hungry:
4-5 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup water
Small white onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1-2 teaspoons fresh basil
1 chicken breast, chopped and fully cooked
1-2 cups pasta
Salt to taste
Usually comes out pretty good. Just winged it one day and came up with this //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
-Cook the garlic and onion until brown in olive oil
-Add Roma tomatoes, water and simmer for atleast 30 minutes, or until sauce thickens. The longer you leave it, the thicker it gets and the better it tastes
-Add basil and chicken around 10 minutes before you finish
-Salt to taste
-Serve over pasta you wish, I used Fusilli today
-Enjoy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
