Noise problem

Hello, i have a noise problem recently and i am unable to locate the source, however i do have signs, the amp is kicker zr600 hooked up to kicker cvr 12x1, everytime i start the engine there is a noise, but when i touch the amp the noise immediately disappears, this never happened to my previous spl fx2 1250 amp, i am using 4 gauge wire(i think?) Could it be a grounding issue? Or is it because the power cable and rca wires are bundled very closely?(the power cable, remote wire and rca wires are wired from the battery to the back all wrapped in one tape in the passenger side)
