Same thing around up in Rock Hill. Clemson usually isn't that strict though as they would rather be out looking for drunks and potheads.

I understand volume control, but this is for everything, i have got one for exhaust, and one for bass, i had the windows rolled up, and not even at 1/4 volume. and it was 2 o'clock on a saturday afternoon

ye..one of my friend was ova in monks corner..and he got ticket for $1093....but they reduced it to like 200, they pretty much give you that first ticket just to scare you i think...cuz they usually reduce it...

i think its 100 here in Newark DE if they can hear you over 50 feet....but ive yet to see it implemented

thats why im glad my shit isnt loud outside of my vehicle. ive got 40sq ft of damplifier in my trunk and you can barely hear my 2 15's outside of the car. you hear my trunk rattling over my bass.
