Noise on Speakers when I start the engine

Ok so the thing is that when I have the car off runing music on accesories and I start the engine I get a crackling noise through the speakers. It's the only time I get a weird noise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

What could this be??

Could be a bad ground on your amp or amps.
