Noise in my system

I think i have some noise in my system....like when i pause a track i hear this hissing sound coming from the speakers. What could be causing this? How do i fix it?

That is a common problem. Though there are a multitude of potential sources where this noise could be originating from, I have found that the loose nut between the front seat and the steering wheel needs to be tightened.

Over amplification is the most common cause for a hiss. You are amplifying the signal such that your noise floor is becoming audible.

you think my rca cables could cause some of this?? the ones i have right now are a piece of shit from walmart?? thanks guys

but the only thing i cant understand is that the only rca cables i have running right now are the ones to my sub amp...and the noise is in the speakers...what are some common causes of this?
