Noise canceling mic?

I have a Pioneer DEH P7000BT (includes factory set-up bluetooth hands free car kit w/ mic) installed in a convertible sports car. Obviously my car is much noisier than a luxury car. In order for the other party to not hear all of my road noise, I have to drive at in-town speeds or pull over. Is there any sort of noise canceling mic I can hook up to my head unit? Any other suggestions?
