no sound from speakers only subs

i have the same problem on 2 cars

one with pioneer deh4001b and one on jvc

the pioneer is mine the jvc i sold 2 my little brother

what is wrong here i have led lines to speakers ditectly because both cars have had cd players stolen out of them and i thought that the wiring could have been messed up

please help im going insane from all the checking and rechecking

i also bought new harnesses for both players

you sir have a short i bet...i had the same problem...my speakers would just cut out going down the road...come to find out on of the wires would hit the metal body panels from the indside and short all the speakers out except the subs.

Not sure if this applies but I had a issue when I first installed my HU where the speakers would play with the radio but not the sub and it was vice versa with CD's. Ended up being that I still had the factory amp installed and that was messing it all up. I had to find the wiring pinouts for the amp and re-wire it to bypass it.
