no power to head unit 93 jeep grand cherokee limited

Hey been trying to install an aftermarket radio to my jeep. it was going ok and i had all the wires cut and connected but when i plugged it in nothing. just power. so i disconnected all but the power wires to try to test the speakers individually and in the process let the constant power wire touch the ground and ignition switched power wire. it sparked and fryed that head unit so i returned it about bought another one redid the wireing and now i'm not getting power at all.

Its a 93 jeep grand cherokee limited.

Engine starts all lights/windows/mirrors/fuses are good and working...

can anyone help me out? (really really furstrated.)
