Wow your pretty ignorant. First off that first statement is just completely retarted.Second, have you ever heard of a class III license/dealer? Obviously not:rolleyes:.

And final the knoxx drum conversion kits for the pump action shotguns are completely legal and do not make them a class 3 device like you stated earlier.
Okay junior Hitler your gonna keep showing your ass, I'm gonna keep kicking it.

NO, there is no such thing as a "permit" to convert semi's into full auto. None. Not even class III dealers can do that. There is no way for the OP to turn a semi into a full auto, except by commiting a felony. Manufacturing new machine guns to civillians was banned in '86 called the Hughes Amendement to the FOPA, aka the Machine Gun bill - USC.992(o). Probably long before you were born, kid. That is why old legal machine guns are so valuable, because no new ones can be made legally.

Read more, post less.

The subject was imported semi auto shotguns, not domestic pumps. Fvck, can't you even read? Imported semi auto shotguns are covered under a different set of rules called the 922® rules.

The Saigas have a certain number of parts in their unmodified “Sporting” configuration. They are considered imported because they have more than 10 imported parts in them. As such they are held to 922 ® compliance.
If you want to use high capacity magazines, convert the weapon to pistol grip configuration or use a flash hider, it will then be considered unsporting. You will need to swap out parts so that you have no more than 10 imported parts in it. It will then be considered a US made firearm and 922® does not apply. See bottom of this post for more 922r info and some grey areas.

922 r in short…

Section 922r, of Title 18, U.S.C. prohibits assembly of certain semiautomatic rifles from imported parts. The implementing regulations in Title 27, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) section 178.39(a), provide that no person shall assemble a semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun using more than 10 of the imported parts listed in paragraph © of this section if the assembled firearm is prohibited from importation under section 925(d) (3) as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes.

For further information about 922®, go to the ATF Website or http://uscode.house.gov/ and search for 18 U.S.C. § 922r and 27 CFR § 478.39 of the Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968.

Sec. 924. Penalties

(a)(1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, subsection

(b), ©, (f), or (p) of this section, or in section 929, whoever--

D) willfully violates any other provision of this chapter ®,

shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than five years, or

both.

And to the OP. You said you paid $350 for the mac 11? Sorry to say but thats a rip off, i paid about $250 for mine brand new and sold it shortly after, i hated that gun. It was constantly jamming and failing to feed. And when it did work it had a horrible trigger slap that got painful after a little while. If your looking for a fun carbine id HIGHLY reccomend you look into the beretta cx4 storm.
Where'd you pick up a new one for 250, if you dont mind me asking?

A friend of mine wants one, but he wants a blued one.

And around here, this part of GA at least, they're pretty **** hard to find. I've been calling dealers for the past year looking for a Mac-11/Tek9(dont ask) and had only gotten two hits in that year. One guy wanted 550 for his Mac-11 used and the other wanted 500 for his used. Both guns sold before I could get there to even look at them, and although it's odd I couldn't tell you why, so I assumed 350 was very reasonable with the barrel extension, two clips, and the body of the gun being chrome/nickel plated.

Also - Opinions on how the list on the first page looks? I know some of the guns are mediocre at best, but they interest me. A better gun suggestion is more than welcomed, as I'm not going to stop at one in any style.

can anyone guess what the rounds in my avi go 2???
