No output from DSC1500.1D

I had the unfortunate luck of buying a used MB Quart amp from CoilBurner on this forum, who turned out to be a well-known fraudulent seller who has since been banned. The amp arrived and I hooked it up by swapping out directly with my previous amp, which was working fine at driving my IDQ12.

However, once I hooked up the new amp, there was no more output. The amp powers on, the power light is green (not going into protect). My LPF is set to 80hz at my source (and turned all the way up to 250hz on the amp), Bass boost is 0, phase is 0, and gain is set to around 1/4. I am getting 2V input signal from my RCAs (checked with a DMM) while playing a 50hz test tone. However, on the speaker output terminals there is no output and both channels are reading 0V.

I've double checked my connections, remote wire, power and ground, etc etc and can't find anything wrong there. Any ideas?

Same RCAs I was using with my last amp...

i can't get the **** thing open... i removed all the philips screws from the bottom, and the hex screws from the sides, but i dont know how to slide the casing off... all of the inputs and outputs are jutting through the case and so i can't slide over them?

i know its the amp //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif i was just wondering if there were any steps i could take on my own to fix it. i can do basic soldering but i don't know any advanced electronics stuff. still working with paypal to get a refund.

don't mess with it man. send it to that new cat on here that has been fixing other peeps amps. many factors go on fixing the output section of a amp, not just the output transisors

i didnt hear a relay click, but then again im in the driver's seat when the amp is turned on.

how backed up? i have some time to get this fixed

im just curious if you have checked one thing. in the picture of the end of the amp you posted it almost looks like the master slave switch is set to slave. i cant really remember which position is which though so i could be wrong but that very well could be the case.

just double checked stock photos of the amp and i retract my above statement.

Yup it's on master... I tried jiggling that switch too but no luck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
