No diehard platinum in canada!!

I went to pick one up from sears, and they had never even heard of a diehard platinum! Sears doesn't carry the platinums in canada. The dude tried to sell me a diehard gold, and he's telling me its the best diehard battery. For the lack of any better options, I picked up a yellow top optima for $180. What do you guys usually pay for a decent battery?

If buying new XS is usually the way to go in which case you can get a nice battery for around $250 from them. I buy used batts though cause I'm a cheap ass, and can get them for around $50 local. They aren't anywhere near as nice as an XS or anything, but it gets the job done

**** a yellow for a buck 80, not bad seeing as mine cost me almost 250! Also I like the warranty yellow tops come with and have yet to see one as good.

yea i got the one with side posts 2, for ease of hooking up all the wires.

heck for that price I would snag two, then wait for the sale to end and sell it for 250! 70.00 in profit then yours would only be 110.00!

deka's for around 150, if their still are sams clubs in canada you can buy duracel agm batteries built by deka for 99 dollars

They're basically walmarts for people who have memberships. Everything comes in huge quantities and is dirt cheap

well im only running about 1400w rms right now(sub and mids), so i think ill be ok. but everyone always wants more power!
