No bass!!

The volume messes w the 6.5's. I've has 6x9 hit harder than this system. So disappointed!
Do you have any crossovers on your 6.5 speakers? Are they stock? We need a little more info about your setup. What vehicle? Sealed or ported box? What kind of power wires are you using? What amp? Something seems really wrong to not hear your bass with 1000-1300w.

on your headunit, you need to set the hpf to 80-100...that will keep the 6.5s from playing lower frequencies like you are experiencing right now

I'll start at battery, agm group 34, big 3 upgrade, stock 110 alternator, 4 guage power wire with 150 amp anl fuse, all wire ofc. Amp is twisted sounds 1.3kw @ 1 ohm. Pioneer avh 4600bt. 2.5 cu ft box @ 34 hz made from 3/4 mdf w double baffle and braced w 45's. As said before sub is sq hdc3 12. No crossovers and door speakers are cheap kickers and 6x9's are stock. Replacing maybe this week if I can find a deal. My voltage rarely drops below 13

Either you have something wrong with your sub wiring, your ground is horrible, you need to turn your sub level up on your head unit to +6, or you have a faulty amp.

So lowering the EQ frequencies above 80hz doesnt work? Lower 200hz, 400hz 1khz 2.5khz 8khz and 16khz to -10 db and build your EQ curve from there and raise up the volume or else you arent getting anywhere close to the 4V pre-out your head unit is suppose to make.

Use high pass filters or put an amp onto your speakers so you can control the speaker level. Dont downplay sh*t when its currently user error that you cant get stuff to work right. What you have now is a signal issue. You arent getting enough signal to your subs. Its not the sub's fault, not the amp's fault. Your head unit is not giving the amp the signal to produce the power it can and your mids and highs are limiting the whole setup.

Read up on this and set your gains and head unit settings properly.

Tell us what AC voltage you are getting on your multi-meter

Everything seems to be good now. Just need to replace 6.5's and 6x9. Anyone know of any around 280-300 for both sets that would sound good w hu power? Idk if I have enough to run another amp on stock alternator

again. Need a multi meter. You need to put it on your amp terminals and play your hardest hitting song and see how low your voltages are dropping. If they drop below 12.6v then you need electrical upgrades. If they still are above 13.8 volts, you can easily add another 4 channel amp without any stress or issue to the electrical setup.
